Top 3 things you should know
1. Don't overload your skip/skipbag
The waste inside should not exceed the top of the skip/skipbag sides. If the waste is higher than the fill-line we can't transport the skip – it's the law.
If you have more waste, why not order another skip/skipbag?
2. The following MUST NOT be placed in your skip/ skipbag
- Fridges/Freezers
- Asbestos
- Liquids
- Hazardous/Toxic Material
- Tyres
- Clinical/Medical Waste
- Oil
- Large tree trunks
- Paint Cans
- Fluorescent Tubes
- Batteries

- Solvents

3. Small skips and skipbags for heavy materials
Only our Metal Bin skips can be used for heavy material, such as soil, hardcore, clay, building rubble or stones. Skip Bags are for light builders waste, Green waste, House Hold Clear Outs, DIY projects, etc. By not putting very heavy materials into the skipbags means that the skipbag doesn't exceed its weight limits and so can be lifted safely.
